From the first viewing of the room to filling out the application form and signing your tenancy we are always there to advise. Once you have viewed then we can help you choose the room that suits you. You may want to be with other friends or to meet some new friends, whichever you choose we can help.

Once you have decided on your room the application form is completed, we write to the referees that you provide and once we have their responses we can contact you to arrange a date for you to move in. We take up three references, one to confirm that you are a full time student, one from your previous landlord or if you haven't had one then you will need to provide the name of a suitable referee, and finally we need a financial guarantee that you will be able to meet the rent commitment.

We can advise on this at every stage of the process but as you can see it really is that simple a procedure. Once this is complete the relevant monies paid and the paperwork signed then you can move straight in and start life as a student in Cambridge.
